A Truth in Love:
Somewhere in the hurt, the disappointment, the pressure – you forgot to ask yourself what you need. You started prioritizing fear over faith. Numbing over nurturing. Reaction over reflection.
You stopped checking in, and now your body is sounding the alarm. Sadness. Detachment. Fatigue. Irritability. Panic. These are not the signs that you’ve failed – they’re the signs that you’ve left yourself behind.
The good news? You can come back. Right now.
There are moments – maybe more often than you’d like – when life feels too much. You’re tired before the day begins. You feel disconnected from your joy, your body, even your sense of self. Maybe you’re holding sadness that you can’t quite name, or carrying wounds you’ve tried to ignore for too long.
This space is for those moments.
This is not a motivational speech. It’s about not pretending you’re okay. It’s a sacred pause – a gentle, honest invitation to return to yourself with love and accountability.
