When you plunge your hand into it, all you feel is a caress.
Water is not a solid wall, it will not stop you.
But water always goes where it wants to go, and nothing in the end can stand against it.
Water is patient.
Dripping water wears away a stone.
Remember that, my child.
Remember you are half water.
If you can't go through an obstacle, go around it.
Water does.

Hello everyone,
I hope you're well
and present 🎁
For those of you who dont know me, my name is Brittany😊
I am a yoga teacher
a mother
an aunt
a daughter
a lover
and a caretaker.
Yoga first caught my interest back in the 90s, 🎱📼
practicing arm balances in my sisters bedroom that we sifted through from some teen magazines🤸🏼♀️
Later in my 20s, I discovered yoga philosophy and began a deeper relationship with myself through Yoga. As a busy mom, it was my refuge.
My home practice brought me to Yoga teacher training, with the intention to understand more and deepen my own practice.
In 2018, a week after graduating my 200hr training, I started teaching classes in a local yoga studio and assisted in hosting a one week life changing Yoga retreat in Italy.
I've been teaching Yoga in the Valley for 5 years.
Curiosity is my default.
I study and move for actual fun.
I breathe because I need to.
I am a human.
A student of LIFE.
I like showing up that way.
I like experiencing life that way. Feels fresh🌱
Thanks for tagging along near or far ✌️ I appreciate each one of you.

My aim as your yoga teacher is to hold the space for you to safely explore a Yoga practice that can be an exploration of “the self.” I start class by centering in and moving slowly. From there, you build on to the foundation that you feel comfortable with. This is YOUR practice.
My intention is to offer solid guidance to the beginner and more practiced yogi.
We can really help ourselves based on our own learned knowledge of self. You can ask yourself, what is my body saying? Do I need more, or less intensity today? Honour that. This is what it’s all about!
I value integrity, and practice living and teaching under this principle. On our mat, we have the ability to meet ourselves wherever we are-- mentally, emotionally, physically, and even spiritually. Slowing down with breath and movement can bring these pieces of our self back into balance with each other.
I embrace Yoga as a way to get really honest with myself, and through the practice of awareness (and forgiveness) I’ve witnessed sustainable transformation in my life. More balanced emotions and mental focus, a stronger more flexible body, and a greater connection with everything. I am passionate in helping others open the door to Yoga because I see how it can deepen & strengthen our inner & outer connections. It can be a fruitful path to living in a more authentic and unified way.
