About Michelle:
Michelle is a Registered Massage Therapist focused in therapeutic, deep tissue and athletic massage with a long personal background in high level competitive sports ranging from rowing to bodybuilding. Her experience as an athlete gives her a deep understanding of the physical demands placed on the body, as well as the importance of proper recovery and injury prevention. Michelle approaches every session with skill, intention, and genuine compassion, creating a safe and supportive space for all patients. Whether working with athletes, individuals managing managing chronic pain, or clients simply seeing relief and relaxation, she tailors each treatment to meet unique needs and goals. Michelle is committed to helping every patient feel hear, respected, and supported on the path to better movement and overall wellness.

EXCITING NEWS! Triple R Massage Therapy is welcoming some new registered massage therapists to the team in the upcoming month! We'd like to welcome Michelle and Elly to the team! We are very excited to be able to work with these wonderful therapists who will make excellent additions to our team!

With their addition as well as Liam adding a few more hours to his schedule here we are exited to be accepting new patients as well as being able to provide some much needed availability to our existing ones!

A little about Elly:
Elly Vanderweyden is a 2025 graduate of Niagara College’s Massage Therapy Program and is in good standing with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario (CMTO). She also holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Brock University.
Elly is trained in General Swedish Massage and incorporates a variety of techniques into her treatments, including trigger point release, passive stretching, pin and stretch techniques, and hydrotherapy.
Her goal is to create a therapeutic and client centered experience for her clients who have a wide range of conditions.

Elly's schedule is available for online booking starting February 5th! Make sure to give her a try before she's all booked up!

Michelle's schedule will be coming soon and will be announced once available online.

Clinic will be closed today! Due the amount of snow, low visibility and dangerous travel conditions throughout the day today the clinic will be closed to avoid any unnecessary travel. We will contact everyone booked today to notify shorty. Stay safe everyone!

The clinic is open today! Should the weather turn later in the day we will re-assess but for right now its business as usual. Table warmers are turned up and and the clinic is nice and toasty to warm you up on a cold snowy day like today! Once again if uncomfortable driving please let us know asap so we can make adjustments, otherwise take extra time and care driving today and stay safe everyone!

Heavy amount of snow fall due tomorrow! If you are booked in tomorrow and are uncomfortable driving please let us know asap so we can do our best to re-arrange our schedules! Should we decide to close down the clinic for our therapists safety driving we will contact everyone as quickly as possible, as of right now we will remain open and monitor the situation in the morning.
