Such an Amazing man !
Our condolences to his family🥰

It’s with heavy hearts that we share that our father passed away naturally on Canada Day - as fireworks lit up the Toronto harbour.

Even at 101 years old, his remarkable vitality made it feel as though he might go on forever. We, along with our mother and the rest of our family, knew this day would eventually come—but that doesn’t make it any less difficult.

We feel incredibly lucky to have had him at the centre of our lives, and we know many of you feel the same. So many of you welcomed him into your homes week after week over the years.

We’ve posted a few words of tribute to him on our website. Please visit and, if you’d like, share your own memories—we’ll do our best to post as many as we can.
