How does Dr. Salanki successfully reduce or resolve the symptoms associated with diabetic nerve pain or peripheral neuropathy? SPECIFIC NEUROLOGIC TESTING AND THERAPIES
We offer a number of different therapies, some directly for the peripheral nerves and others for the brain, all geared to help you feel better. The specific types of therapies will depend upon examination results. The screening will determine if you qualify for care and which specific therapies are best suited for you. New Revolutionary Approach
Our approach is revolutionary in that it helps people who have otherwise been told that there is nothing that can be done. Medications, therapies, and other forms of care have been tried, but little to no results obtained for most people until they receive the care we offer. Our approach is different, our testing is different, our analysis of the tests is different, our therapies are different! We are one of the only clinics in Niagara Region that deals with the symptoms of Diabetic Nerve Pain and Peripheral Neuropathy. Dr. Salanki routinely serves all residents of Niagara; St. Catharines, Niagara Falls, Fort Erie, Welland, Port Colborne, Wainfleet and surrounding communities. Most cases of Carpal Tunnel Syndrome can now be effectively treated without Surgery thanks to Advances in Treatment Technology

Carpal Tunnel Syndrome (CTS) is a condition in which the median nerve in the hand is compressed as it passes through a tunnel in the wrist. Compression of this nerve results in symptoms such as 𝒑𝒂𝒊𝒏, 𝒃𝒖𝒓𝒏𝒊𝒏𝒈, 𝒏𝒖𝒎𝒃𝒏𝒆𝒔𝒔, 𝒕𝒊𝒏𝒈𝒍𝒊𝒏𝒈 𝒂𝒏𝒅 𝒘𝒆𝒂𝒌𝒏𝒆𝒔𝒔 𝒐𝒇 𝒑𝒊𝒏𝒄𝒉 𝒂𝒏𝒅 𝒈𝒓𝒊𝒑.
Patients suffering with Carpal Tunnel Syndrome often wake at night with symptoms listed above and find that shaking and rubbing the hands often provides relief. CTS can be aggravated by strenuous, repetitive movements of the wrist or by holding the wrist bent up or down for prolonged periods of time.

The vast majority of patients suffering with Carpal Tunnel Syndrome have jobs or hobbies that involve repetitive wrist and/or hand movements. This gradually leads to increasing symptoms and chronic irritation. Carpal Tunnel Syndrome commonly affects both hands and 20% of pregnant women can experience CTS due to water retention.

- Tingling of fingers and hand
- Burning Sensation in fingers and hand

We believe that surgery should never be the first treatment option for Carpal Tunnel Syndrome. We have found that 80-85% of patients accepted for treatment in our clinic who are suffering with CTS quickly respond to our unique integrative approach and never require surgery.

𝑴𝒆𝒅𝒊𝒄𝒂𝒕𝒊𝒐𝒏𝒔 𝒐𝒓 𝒄𝒐𝒓𝒕𝒊𝒔𝒐𝒏𝒆 𝒊𝒏𝒋𝒆𝒄𝒕𝒊𝒐𝒏𝒔 𝒐𝒇𝒇𝒆𝒓 𝒏𝒐 𝒍𝒐𝒏𝒈-𝒕𝒆𝒓𝒎 𝒗𝒂𝒍𝒖𝒆 𝒊𝒏 𝑪𝑻𝑺 𝒕𝒓𝒆𝒂𝒕𝒎𝒆𝒏𝒕.
We also find that singular treatment approaches such as bracing or exercises alone are rarely successful in resolving symptoms and preventing surgery. For this reason our clinic combines the best available treatment options including pneumatic decompression, pulsed resonance therapy and a host of other cutting edge, non-surgical approaches.

Prior to being accepted for treatment, our doctors perform a thorough consultation and comprehensive CTS evaluation to determine the underlying cause of the symptoms. The elbow, shoulder region and neck are also examined for possible nerve root compression of the median nerve at these levels. Additional testing is done to rule out other conditions that might mimic CTS. If the doctor determines the patient is a candidate for treatment, the patient is then accepted for care.

Carpal Tunnel Syndrome is a progressive condition but with the aid of the new treatment technologies and therapies offered at Niagara Neuropathy & Carpal Tunnel Relief Clinic, patients are discovering that CTS can be effectively treated and managed without the use of surgery, injections or drugs.

As with most medical conditions, the earlier CTS is identified and treated, the more likely it will respond to treatment.

Do you want to receive a FREE examination and assessment if you are a candidate for the non-surgical treatment of CTS?
We have the program of such assessments going right now and we accept applications only through August 25.
