Kristen travelled to the island this past weekend to brush up on the latest in running mechanics, injuries and available treatments. We are looking forward to her sharing some of this info at our next clinic Pizza and Practice session!

It's physio Moriah's last day today at Riverwood before she heads off on a one year mat leave. We wish her all the best as she embarks on this exciting new chapter of her life! We will miss you at the clinic but know you'll be doing amazing things as a mom. We can't wait to meet your tiny human!

Our pediatric physiotherapist, Darrien Cantelo, has been with Riverwood for two years! Time flies. We are so lucky to have a pediatric specialist on our team that is so generous in her knowledge and such a joy to be around. If you have kids under 18 that need to see a physio this is your girl!
