Drum – The drum represents your heart beat and Soul. Embrace your individuality and your uniqueness! Move to the beat of your own drum. The affirmation is: “I dance freely to the beat of my own rhythm.”

Meditate – Use meditation or guided meditation as a grounding tool to help you connect with Spirit. Focus on the here and now. Through breath work you will find the calmness to listen to what Spirit wants your Soul to now, guiding you forward on the Path you are meant to be on. Affirmation: “My mind is calm. I am fully in the present moment. With an open heart, I connect to my Higher Self and the Divine.”

Namaste - This hand pose shows respect to others in your world. Work on seeing the “light/divine” in all people, even those that don’t resonate well with you. It is used at the end of a yoga session, meditation class or other spiritual sessions. Your hands are placed together over your heart space, eyes are closed and you can say a Namaste prayer, similar to: “The light in me, honors the light in you.” Affirmation: “I am one with the Universe.”

Shiva – is the Supreme Lord who creates, protects and transforms the universe. Shiva works to transform stagnant energy, destroying illusions, ignorance and ego so that one can transcend their false self. Affirmation: “ I acknowledge that transformation is required to renew and regenerate.”

Evolution – Is about integrating all that you have learned, your mistakes and successes. Through observation, you move forward in these lessons. Be aware of your patterns that you may be repeating. In order to bring about change, and evolve, you need a different response, to have new possibilities and outcomes. Enjoy the journey.

Experience – To experience is to feel. To feel is to acknowledge, to acknowledge is to change, and to change is extraordinary. And to be extraordinary is magic. Experience the path of wisdom where meaning exists. Learning lessons through challenges in life leads you to Wisdom.

Healing – you are being asked to acknowledge your power to heal. The mystery of the Universe is now knowledge for you. You will discover your path has everything you need on it. Once you get out of your own way, amazing miracles of healing and magic take place.

Heart Beat - Hear the heartbeat of the drum, as it shows you the way. Feel your own heartbeat. Stay grounded with Mother Earth and feel your life force that she creates. Acknowledge the energy exchange with the trees and plants around us. We are all interconnected. Breathe together, beating hearts together, life together.
