We are a little bit late with our post, but better late than never! In May, James and Lynn joined the Function Farm Challenge at Function Health Club.

May was Mental Health Awareness month, and this competition raises money to support a mental health awareness initiative.

This was not about winning the race, but about getting together as a community, challenging yourself, and overall having a good time!

Meet Darya Gilbert!

Darya is our new Intern/Student Therapist at our clinic! She is currently completing her Master's degree in Counselling Psychology at Yorkville University.
She is offering affordable counselling for adults and couples. She is available on Tuesdays and Sundays for in-person and virtual sessions.

Darya focuses on LGBTQUIA2S+ issues, relationship challenges, personal identity, stress, anxiety, trauma and other life struggles.

**Exciting announcement!! 🎉🎊

Hi everyone! We noticed that we have been a bit absent on our social media recently. There have been so many positive changes and things to celebrate that kept us super busy over the last 5 months!

Well, let's finally announce one of the biggest celebrations and news we have been so excited to share:
Lynn and James are expecting their first baby girl early October 2021!!!! 👶That's right, Lynn has been over 23 weeks pregnant now!🤰

Lynn will continue with in-person sessions until September 1st and return to the office mid-February 2022. Clients who are doing virtual sessions will be able to continue with limited availability during her mat leave. James will also take some time off during the months of September and January.

In case you have any questions about scheduling, feel free to contact the office.

**Pippa still needs to get used to the idea, but she will love being a big sister as long as she remains the alpha child! ❤️🐺
