Not at all. In fact, rest and recovery are just as important as your workouts.

Here’s why:
✅ Your muscles need time to repair and grow stronger.
✅ Overtraining can increase risk of injury and burnout.
✅ Most people see progress with 3–5 focused sessions per week, paired with good sleep and nutrition.

Common errors include letting your knees cave in, rounding your back, or lifting your heels off the ground. Not only do these habits slow down your progress, they can also put you at risk of injury.
