If you’ve worked with me before, you know it’s never just been about adjustments and appointments.
It’s always been about people.
About you.
Your babies.
Your families.
That’s why I do this, and that part will never change.☀️

What is changing, as I step into this next chapter with Strawberries & Sunshine, are the possibilities that come with it.
I’m finally bringing to life things I’ve carried in my heart for years: expanding support for parents through online services, offering certification and continuing education for care providers, building a trusted referral network, creating school outreach programs… and more to come.

These ideas have grown out of all the moments that have stayed with me, the stories you’ve shared, the trust you’ve placed in me, the small but powerful reminders of why this work matters.
So thank you for being and continuing to be part of this journey with me.

From April 1 to 15, both systems will be running simultaneously, so you may receive appointment reminders from both platforms.

Thanks for your patience while we introduce these improvements! During this time, you might receive a few extra reminders—but it’s all part of making your experience even smoother.

👉 What Does This Mean for You?
With the new platform, here’s how your experience will improve:

💻 Easier Online Booking – Scheduling your appointments will be more seamless and faster.
👩‍🍼 Family-Friendly – You’ll only need *one account* to manage appointments for all your family members.
🗓️ More Appointment Options – Enjoy a wider selection of appointment options available online.
📱Appointment Reminders – You’ll still receive email and/or text reminders based on your preferences, including the option for a 2-hour reminder before your appointment. After April 1, text reminders will remain, but please note that Jane App’s text service is one-way, meaning replies won’t be received.

👉 What You Need to Do

Whether you’re a new client or an existing client, please take the following steps:

1️⃣ Create a new patient profile on Jane app.
2️⃣ Fill out the new intake form to keep your information up to date.
3️⃣ Choose your appointment reminders (email/text).

💡 Already have a booking? Don’t worry! All of your existing appointments will be automatically transferred to the new system.

It is with a very mixed heart and a lot of big feelings, that I write this letter to let you know the time has come for transformation. Strawberries and Sunshine is about to evolve.

I have made the very difficult decision to not renew our lease which expires at the end of April this year. The cost of doing business has become too much to maintain this space.

The past 10 years in this space has been amazing. The community, health and hope for families we have been able to provide here has been remarkable and life changing for myself and many others. The impact will be imprinted on my heart for the rest of my life. We cannot thank you enough for being a part of that and for trusting us with your health and the health of your family. Whether you came and spent just a few minutes with us or many years we hope you found some moments of peace and joy, and that you left feeling more comfortable in your body, mind and soul.

All of our team has found or is in the process of finding new locations to serve you from and all your previous care will be transferred as needed. I will be continuing to practice and see patients, but it will look a little different. We will be sending out separate announcements for each provider with specific information. We understand change is hard. It is so very hard for us too. If you need help finding different providers, please let us know and we will do our very best to help you find someone to match your needs.

We are also excited about the next chapter and can’t wait to share with you what the future holds.

Stay tuned to this space to see what’s next. I hope you will continue to follow our journey and allow us to be a part of yours. If there is ever anything we can do to be of service to you and your loved ones, please let us know. I’m always up for a cup of tea and a chat.
