Welcome, Shirin! 💙

Shirin has been a registered physiotherapist in BC since 2020. She earned her Physiotherapy degree from McMaster University in 2019 and previously completed a PhD in Human Motor Control at Western University, where she focused on the science of movement and neuromuscular function. Her clinical expertise includes Concussion Management, Neurokinetic Therapy (Level I), and Soft Tissue Release. She has also completed The Nervous System Certification Course, a leading program designed for healthcare professionals seeking to help clients regulate their nervous systems more effectively.

Beyond her professional work, Shirin has practiced Karate for almost 30 years and is an International Canadian official, combining her passion for movement with high-level discipline and leadership in sport. Her diverse experience allows her to integrate knowledge from clinical, academic, and athletic domains to support her clients’ full potential in recovery and performance!

Our kinesiologists will work with your physiotherapist to provide a safe exercise program that protects the structures that have been injured and gradually prepare you to handle the forces placed on those structures with your activities of daily living, work, hobbies and sport.

The best part is we direct bill to ICBC, so you can focus on your road to recovery 🙏

Have you recently been involved in a car accident? Once you have received a claim number from ICBC, you are eligible to begin treatment anytime within the first 12 weeks from the date of accident. You will have early access to:

✅25 Physiotherapy Sessions
✅12 Active Rehab Sessions
✅12 Massage Therapy Sessions
✅12 Acupuncture Sessions

ICBC will pay for your medical care and treatments for as long as needed, whether or not you were at fault for the crash, were a cyclist, or a pedestrian.

Our clinic bills ICBC directly, and keeps track of all approvals so you can stay focused on your recovery🩵
