Although it is still a v. new subject, we would like announce an interest of ours on the bioavailability of certain functional food nutraceuticals regards their form, uptake (e. g. digestive process and absorption, post-absorptive metabolic use) and metabolism including any congenitors such as yeast based supplements including functional amino acids, EPA and DHA (omega-3 fatty acids) from molluscs and fish, peptides from meat proteins including tuna Bonita, milk food proteins, a potentially v. profitable area of food product industry with all those miracle ingredients for baking or cooking such as creamed products for fats and protein as mayonnaise, sour cream, whipping cream, cottage cheese and cream cheese, and complex carbohydrates and water soluble sugars from extracted grasses and legumes, fruit berries and grape seeds extracted, cacao for chocolates and additionally organic sources for minerals and vitamins. This is just the start for our exploration in SkyeBlue as we embark on our new journey on functional food manufacturing and feeding. And a new call to our members.
