I love crystal singing bowls! They are such a wonderful way to relax and meditate. While I was completing my yoga teacher training back in 2017, our teacher would always treat us to a beautiful sound bath during Shavasana. I experienced such amazing visions, seeing colours in my third eye each time and my energy body absolutely loved the healing frequencies too!

Yesterday after I completed a session for a client, I recorded an intuitive crystal bowl sound bath and am sharing with you all.

Find a relaxing place, close your eyes, take some deep breaths and enjoy! From my heart to yours ❤️
