Due to an influx of late cancellations and no-shows we have had to update our cancellation policy.

This is a busy time of year and all practitioners are managing full case loads and wait lists. Your practitioner reserves your appointment time just for you. A late cancellation or no show means your practitioner can’t see a waiting patient or client in that time slot, and is a loss of income for them as well. Our updated policy makes cancellation requirements and late cancel / no show definitions clear.

This is not a decision we made lightly, and we appreciate your support.

Please note, we understand that road closures, weather related safety issues, and extenuating circumstances can occur. Your safety is always our priority. Please let us know as soon as you do if this applies to you!
