This past Friday night, the held their year-end banquet—celebrating an incredible season and the achievements of both coaches and athletes across the organization. 🏒

Morgan and Sasha were proud to be part of the evening and were recognized for their meaningful contributions throughout the year!

Sasha has been leading power skating sessions, helping athletes develop speed, confidence, and strong on-ice fundamentals. Meanwhile, Morgan has been working closely with goalies, focusing on skill development, technique, and game-ready performance.

We love seeing our practitioners making an impact beyond the clinic and giving back to the local sports community. Supporting athletes both in and out of the clinic is something we truly value—and this is a perfect example of that in action.

Way to go, Sasha and Morgan! 👏

Our clinic family is heartbroken over the far too soon loss of our incredible massage therapist, Rachel Choi. Rachel brought warmth, kindness, and an amazing level of care to everyone she met. Her positive spirit, genuine smile, and dedication to helping her patients feel better made a lasting impact on our clinic and our community.

Rachel was not only a talented practitioner but also a valued member of our team and a wonderful friend. She made our workplace brighter every single day, and she will be deeply missed by all of us.

To honour Rachel and allow our staff time to attend her funeral, the clinic will be closed today, Monday, March 23. We appreciate your understanding as our team takes this time to remember and celebrate someone who meant so much to us.

Our thoughts are with Rachel’s family, friends, and the many patients whose lives she touched.

🌙 It’s World Sleep Day — Let’s Talk About Sleep! 💤

If you’re having trouble falling or staying asleep, you’re not alone. Over half of Canadians say they struggle with sleep at times. The good news? Regular physical activity can make a big difference.

🏃‍♀️ Just 30 minutes of moderate exercise a day can help you:
✅ Fall asleep faster
✅ Sleep more deeply
✅ Wake up feeling more refreshed

🧠 Why does it work? Exercise helps reduce stress and anxiety — two major sleep disruptors — and supports your body’s natural sleep-wake cycle (your circadian rhythm). 🚶‍♀️ A brisk 20–30 minute walk during the day is a great place to start.

To support better sleep even further:
🔹 Avoid caffeine, ni****ne, and alcohol close to bedtime
🔹 Keep a consistent bedtime and wake-up schedule
🔹 Create a relaxing wind-down routine

😴 Why it matters: Poor sleep has been linked to heart disease, depression, diabetes, low energy, and even accidents. Quality sleep supports better focus, mood, and overall health.

Sleep isn’t a luxury — it’s essential fuel for your body and mind. So today for World Sleep Day, consider getting outside, getting moving, and setting yourself up for a better night’s rest. 🌟
