This little entrepreneur was super excited to record her very own yoga class - right from her bedroom😊

Get your kiddos on their mats with Evs! She has big plans to keep the classes rolling out💚
..at the very least, fast forward to 4 mins in to get a good laugh😁 (we'll give her fair time to get the fine art of controlling such things down while teaching a class)

But in all seriousness, I wanted to let everyone know that I am providing VIRTUAL infant feeding consults to anyone needing help! Consults are done through a secure and easy-to-use platform.

Just because we are going through a pandemic right now 😷, life doesn't stop. Babies are still being born, and babies need to be fed 🤱.

You can still get help with breastfeeding if you need it!

Who are the sparkly stars in your life? I’m blessed to have many!!! Including all of the Goddess & Little Yogis that I get to spend time doing yoga with💫⭐️🙃 (sometimes we hang out upside down)

A new 4 week mini series gets started back up this week and there is still a chance to be a part of it😊

Tuesday January 21st kick starts Goddess Yoga (ages 8/9-12)

Thursday January 23rd is the first day of the Little Yogis class (ages 4-7/8)

Our Little Yogis (ages 4-7) class is as sweet as it sounds and a fun invitation of getting familiar with yoga - which encompasses so many things!

* Body awareness
* Building strength and flexibility
* Learning about oneself and what we're capable of
* Mindful awareness about where our thoughts take us and what we focus on - setting intentions
* Meditation (yes, children can meditate in their own appropriate-to-age way!)
..just to name a few!

Children's yoga classes have lots of movement for wiggly little bodies. We find fun and creative ways of discovering yoga poses and stretching our minds and bodies.

If you're child has expressed interest in yoga then give our next 4 week (mini) session a go :)

I hope everyone enjoyed time with loved ones over the holidays and took time out of the regular hustle and bustle schedule to slow down and indulge in all of the ways over Christmas! This is truly what I allowed myself to do☺️

We're all back into the regular grove of routines tomorrow. Just like that. It is bittersweet but there truly is so much to look forward to!

I'm a little late...but I wish you all a Happy New Year☺️

Our next 4 week session (for both Goddesses & Little Yogis) will start the week of January 20th.

Who's seen Frozen 2?! I might have secretly fallen asleep in the movie theatre (tired mom...) but the parts that I did see were pretty great😆

Breakfast with Santa is back! This sells out every year. For one week only, tickets are available exclusively to Kids Street families, then will open up to the public. Pick up your tickets from a board member, or at Kids Street Tuesday and Thursday. 🎅🥞
