This Is Why I Love Hypnosis

Last week, I guided a client through my Time Travel Meditation Hypnosis session, a deeply healing experience where clients journey through their past, present, and future timelines to uncover the root of emotional and energetic blocks.

Her intention was to release her lifelong money blocks.

During the session, I guided her voice-free, meaning I do all the speaking, and she experiences the journey inwardly through visualization, feeling, and awareness. I don’t ask questions or know what my clients see until after they awaken after I count them out and if they choose to share their journey.

Her journey

In the past, she found herself at age 13, standing before her father, the man she loved and admired, feeling the heavy emotion of his disappointment after catching her smoking. The shame she felt that day had silently echoed through her life.

In the present, she saw herself wanting to quit smoking but unable to imagine it happening anytime soon.

In the future, she saw herself buying a new home, something she had never believed possible because of her money struggles.

The next day, she called me in total disbelief and joy.

In that moment, everything connected, her money block wasn’t really about money.
It was about shame, guilt, and the emotional imprint of disappointment she carried since childhood.

Today, she’s 5 days cigarette-free, already saving money, and stepping into a new vibration of abundance.
