Registered Massage Therapist Although relaxation massage is a big part of this career, I am well known for my deep tissue work.

As a Registered Massage Therapist, I have had a lot of experience working with people with several different conditions, injuries and illnesses. I have taken several courses to enhance my knowledge of treating those suffering from chronic pain and acute injuries. The techniques that I have learnt have proven to be very successful in helping my clients find relief. I also practice The Graston Techn

It is with a heavy heart, that I have decided to close my massage therapy practice ❤️

I injured my wrist in February and unfortunately it is taking much longer than anticipated to heal. At this point I’m unsure if I will be able to return to massage, but if I do then I’ll put another post here on Facebook and contact each client individually.

Had a wondeful day teaming up with my RMT partner in crime Jenessa Rae to raise money for Shu’s Humanitarian Relief Org!

Today we raised $1247.00, with 100% of this going to help local and international efforts for those in need this holiday season.

For those of you who I referred to Ashley Vrskovy, I wanted to reach out and let you know that as of August 9th she will moving to a new location and will no longer be available at Physiotherapy 3.

Good afternoon everyone! As most of you know I have started my second maternity leave in anticipation of our second baby!

What most of you don’t know yet, is that it’s a GIRL!!! 🎀

As of right now, I don’t have an expected return date but I’ll make sure to reach out to you again via email and Facebook when I’m gearing up to get things started!
