WHY is your child having a hard time?

Here at Growing Brain Connections, we are interested in WHY. Why he canโ€™t learn. Why she canโ€™t sit still and pay attention. Why does your brain have a hard time shutting off. Why she behaves the way she does sometimes.

Our first step is listening. The beginning of our process is meeting with you to listen and learn about you or your childโ€™s situation. Next, our 1.5 hour assessment looks at strengths and weaknesses in rudimentary learning and processing skills. We then use our assessment results to build a treatment plan and a path forward here in our clinic. (If we feel another practitioner would be a more appropriate choice, we are a part of a network of healthcare practitioners in the area and can refer you.)

We use tools such as occupational therapy, kinesiology, balance practice, HeartMath biofeedback for self regulation and anxiety, sensory processing therapy, Interactive Metronome neural timing training, posture and strength coaching, among other drug-free treatments. If you or someone you love is struggling to learn, work, or play please call our new phone number for a free consultation. 519 832 4700. We are located in beautiful downtown Port Elgin, Ontario at 588 Goderich St, unit 2 and can be found on Google maps.

Talk with you soon ๐Ÿ˜Š.
