The holiday season can be a wonderful time—but also a challenging one, especially for caregivers. This warm and welcoming Peer Support Group is open to everyone, offering a comforting space to share, connect, and feel supported during a busy and emotional time of year.

You don’t have to carry it all alone. Come join us, take a breath, and find community this Christmas season.
