The best way to start Mothers Day is quietly in reflection with my journal, candlelight, and a protein, SALT RICH meal.
Thatâs right - salt & reflection. Today is also the full moon, be sure youâre tracking your cycle ladies, honour where your energy needs to be with the full moon. Women are not solar, but lunar đ
Happy Motherâs Day to the Carriers of Voltageđ©·
Today, we donât just celebrate mothersâwe honour the conductors of life. The womb is a bioelectric field. And every contraction, every heartbeat youâve ever pulsed out for another⊠cost you charge. âĄïž
Hereâs the truth no one tells us:
MOST modern moms are chronically dehydratedânot from lack of water, but from lack of minerals. Because hydration isnât just about how much water you drink. Itâs about how much charge your cells can hold.
And that charge depends on electrolytesâespecially sodium, potassium, magnesium, and calcium.
But thanks to soil depletion and ultra-processed food systems, most modern foods donât carry the mineral density your grandmotherâs garden once did.
That means: you can drink 8 glasses of water a day and still be running on empty.
This is your reminder: Add salt to your water.
Not table saltâreal salt. Celtic, volcanic, Himalayanâanything grey, pink, or black that came from a living earth field.
Pair it with potassium-rich foods (like avocado, beet, or coconut water), and add in magnesium through leafy herbs or topical sprays.
Itâs simple terrain medicine.
And it replenishes your heart, your womb, your milk, and your mind.
You didnât lose your sparkâyouâre just missing your charge.
This Motherâs Day, return to your voltage. Rehydrate the right way.
