POSTPARTUM RESTORE CORE sessions are starting up again September 8th for 6 weeks.

Here are the details:

* There will be two classes: 11:45am and 1:15pm

* This is a physio lead exercise class

* You must be at least 6 weeks postpartum.

* You need to have a pelvic health physiotherapy assessment prior to participating by me OR have your current pelvic therapist send me their assessment details.

* These are eligible for private insurance.

* We start with core foundations and work towards functional strength training to get you back to the activities you want to do.

POSTPARTUM CORE CLASSES:

My next 6 week session starts Monday April 7th @11:45am .

These classes will be a small group of 6-8 postpartum people. Babies are welcome. The focus will be on restoring core strength in functional positions and reducing any symptoms one might be having ie. incontinence, pain, postural changes, etc.

The criteria for these classes:
1) Must be a minimum of 6 weeks postpartum
2) Must have a pelvic health physio assessment prior to the classes and a follow up after the classes.

This will be billed as physiotherapy, so most insurance companies will reimburse you for the cost of the class.

WE ARE OPENING!

The College of Massage Therapist and The Chief Medical Officer of Health have mandated we may begin a slow and safe return to work.
If you have a pre existing appointment scheduled it will remain the same unless we contact you.
