Part-Time Office Administrator – Chiropractic Office

We are a friendly, patient-focused chiropractic office seeking a reliable and organized Part-Time Office Administrator to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys helping others, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in keeping an office running smoothly.

Responsibilities:
Greet and check in patients with professionalism and warmth
Schedule appointments and manage the office calendar
Answer phones and respond to emails
Process payments and assist with basic billing tasks
Maintain patient records and ensure confidentiality
Support the chiropractor with daily administrative needs and ordering of product
Keep the office clean with light cleaning duties

Qualifications:
Previous administrative or front desk experience preferred
Strong communication and customer service skills
Comfortable with computers and various office software
Detail-oriented and highly organized
Ability to multitask in a busy environment
Passionate about health and wellness

Schedule:�Part-time (approximately 15–20 hours per week), with flexible weekday hours.
