Hello all- we are just about set up and ready to welcome participants to our final Wellness Workshop series! Starting at 10am with Burt Issac- Healing through Laughter- a snacks and a warm lunch ending the day with some amazing door prizes and our grand prize… 15” android tablet. Day three of our four-day Wellness Workshops. Today, we are excited to visit Quatsino! Please come and join us for great laughs with Bert Isaac, warm food by Mabel's catering, thoughtful discussions around sleep with Nurse Joselyne, and to top off our afternoon - we will explore some music and art with Christy.
We will be starting at 10:00 am at the health centre and in the hall. Door prizes will be given out throughout the day, and $150 and $50 Save-on gift certificates to be drawn at the end of the day - you must be present to win! Hope to see you there!
