The Pictou County Interagency on Family Violence will be a hosting the 2nd annual Brenda’s Walk for Change on Friday December 5th at 3:00 pm in the Laurie Peace Park on Dalhousie Street, New Glasgow.

Brenda’s Walk is named in memory of Brenda Tatlock who was murdered on October 18th, 2024 by her spouse in Enfield, Nova Scotia. The walk is to bring awareness to Intimate Partner Violence.

Walk with us in Brenda's honour and help us to ensure that her death is not her only legacy. Let her name live on and let her story guide others toward safety and hope .

Please join us for a gathering with guest speakers Friday December 5th in Laurie Park at 3 PM, followed by a walk throughout downtown New Glasgow. All are welcome to attend.

📢 Leeside Men’s Support Services – Hours Update
We’re excited to share some important news about our hours of operation:

🕒 Full-Time Hours Return: We are back to full-time hours effective immediately, continuing until January 7, 2026.

📅 After January 7, 2026: We will return to our regular schedule of Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday until further notice.

🙌 Kyle is Back! We’re happy to announce that Kyle has returned to the office, bringing his energy and support back to our team and community.
