Within our not-for-profit division, we work closely with many organizations to help them identify deceased donors/contacts to ensure they do not cause any offence to the bereaved as well as improve their marketing efficiency. Within this division, we are pleased to work with Diabetes Canada, and they have found it to be of great benefit to their organization as you can see from the testimonial below.

This powerful article posted in CBC News highlights the importance of removing the deceased from mailing lists and the pain that it can cause to the bereaved if that is not done properly. Here at Canada Bereavement Registry we are striving to send this message to companies and organizations across Canada.

Stop direct mail and phone calls to the deceased.

The Canada Bereavement Registry was started in 2015 in order to offer an important, compassionate and free service to bereaved families. Our mission is to help stop unwanted direct mail and phone calls to the deceased. This helps reduce grief to survivors by not having to receive such kinds of correspondence, which are often painful reminders of their loss. In addition, The Canada Bereavement Registry is committed to helping the environment by reducing the impact of millions of pieces of unwanted and undeliverable direct mail.
