Welcome to this week’s Wellness Wednesday! Where every Wednesday we look at ways to prioritize our wellness🩵🧖🏼‍♀️🫧

This week, let’s ask ourselves how do I show up for myself?🤔

There are many simple actions that you most likely are already doing, but in what ways could you add more or take a moment to recognize the ways you do already show up for yourself?
Your relationship with yourself, is the most important relationship you have, so it’s important to nourish that!

⁃ Keep one small promise to yourself everyday (make my bed, go for a quick walk, doesn’t have to be a large task, consistency is the key)⭐️
⁃ Engage in positive self-talk or speak to yourself as you would to a friend/family member you love 🌸
⁃ Set boundaries (don’t open your work email outside of work, say no to things)😌
⁃ Do something you enjoy once a day, not something that will make your partner, children, or other people happy, but what makes you happy? Is it listening to music you like? Lighting a candle in your favourite scent? watching your favourite tv show?☀️
⁃ Date yourself! Try engaging in activities without your partner, friend, family member etc to spend some time with yourself🤗
