Writing your feels down, and getting them out of your head can be a way to cope, process, and understand your feelings deeper. 📝

You can address a letter to yourself, a friend, a partner, a family member, or anyone you are having some feelings towards. You do not need to share the letter with the person. This is a personal activity for your wellness!☺️

I thought I needed to “fix” myself…
but this book showed me I just needed to change how I saw myself.
We don’t act based on what’s really happening, we act based on who we believe we are.

Once I understood that, everything started to shift for me.
If you’re stuck in the same old patterns, check out Psycho-Cybernetics by Maxwell Maltz. It’s one of the most powerful books I’ve ever read as a nurse and neurofeedback provider.

The power of positive thinking is about training your mind to focus on possibilities, soloutions, and strengths instead of getting stuck in fear and negativity. 😌

Positive thinking isn’t meant to ignore reality or invalidate your situation, but helps you face things with a stronger and steadier mindset! 👍

A simple way to start is:
- catch one negative thought

- Replace it with something more balanced “this is hard, but I can take one step”

    •    Ask: What exactly am I feeling right now?
    •    Add: Why might I be feeling this?
It might sound simple, but it creates a bit of space between you and the emotion, which makes it easier to respond instead of just react!👍🩵
