We are so happy to be back welcoming you in our healing space! We took a week to nourish ourselves, soak in some sunshine and explore our planet a little bit :) It was a much needed break and we thank you for your patience while we were away and we thank you for your smiles and excitement as you return back to your healing routines!

I love doing readings in the Salt Cave! The sound of the water fall, the dim lighting of the Salt Lamps, and being surrounded by Salt creates a healing atmosphere allowing for deep meaningful connections.

"When you do what you love you lose sense of time" I don't know if that has been said before, but that's how I feel. These 6 years have flown by and I am grateful to be here today serving you in the ways that we do.

We opened our doors 6 years ago holding onto a vision of delivering healing and peace. That still remains true in everything that we do. This little purple house was created to be a home away from home, where you can be you in your truest form. We have witnessed the many layers of being human and the many forms that healing takes. New Moon In Leo Meditation happened today and a group of amazing women gathered in the Salt Cave!
New Moons are a time for seeding intentions for new beginnings. When we set new intentions they grow into fullness just like a new moon grows into a full moon.

Leo energy is associated with the 5th house in astrology. The 5th house represents your inner spark and what lights up your heart. It represents our children whether they be our physical children or our passion babies that we pour our heart energy into. It’s about our creative expression, our hobbies, and interests that we engage in from our heart energy. It represents romance, love, and pleasure.

Leo is ruled by the Sun, is a fixed sign and of the fire element. Leo is characterized by charm, generosity, courage, loyalty, passion and creativity. Leo energy expressed positively can manifest as leadership, inspiration, confidence, compassion, self worth, creative expression and joy. Negative Leo traits can be expressed as ego, pride, competition, jealousy, and stubbornness.

A beautiful group of ladies came in for a private moon meditation. It was so inspiring to witness how they prioritize connection amidst the busy lives we all lead.

I had fun leading them through a new experience of astrology insights, guided meditation and oracle card messages as we approach the new moon.

I felt like pulling a card today, and what a gorgeous card it is!

Another week has come and gone. As I pause for a moment to reflect on the many new and old faces that come through our space, I feel grateful.

This week has been filled with many moments of connection, sharing, healing, and beingness. Being present for what comes my way, in this mystical world I partake in.

It's a beautiful thing, when a client shares with you that you were one of those places they felt deep gratitude for in the morning. It's magical when 2 crows await your arrival with an unspoken message that only you would understand. It's even more amazing when you find a gift beneath where they sat. Feathers, petals,birds, and the many other ways through which we are spoken to, is truly awesome.

As I grow older, making meaningful connections is what I value most. I am truly grateful for every single soul that I cross paths with, whether once, or multiple times. I am grateful for the amazing people who I work with daily. I am grateful for the many conversations, healing experiences, and moments we share together. I cherish each day, each week, and each year that goes by.

Gratitude is contagious. When one expresses gratitude for another it reaches their heart. I hope my gratitude reaches yours as yours reaches mine daily.
