📊 Putting risk into perspective

This review found that the lack of catastrophic adverse events following spinal manipulation is consistent with research across age groups.

While mild adverse events may occur, the evidence suggests that serious, life-threatening events are rare.

Understanding both the frequency and severity of adverse events is key to having informed, balanced conversations around patient safety and care decisions.

👏 Continued appreciation to the authors advancing this important work.

Give me a call if you’re one of the 75%

Over 75% of British Columbians have experienced severe neck or back pain in their lifetime.

Pain like this isn’t rare, it’s one of the most common reasons people seek care from chiropractors. Left untreated, it can interfere with sleep, work, movement, and mental health.
Chiropractors are trained to assess, diagnose, and manage conditions affecting the spine.

Through hands-on, evidence-informed care, we help people find relief, improve function, and prevent pain from becoming a long-term problem.

We're here to support you, whether you're in pain now or looking to stay pain-free.
