$275, no GST for 11 classes.

Led by a Registered Social Worker/Yoga Instructor and co-facilitated by different somatic healers, this series will introduce participants to different somatic healing practices.
*This offering may be eligible for coverage under extended health plans where counselling by an RSW is a benefit*
Participants will receive a crystal each class to build their own personal crystal collection for healing properties of each gemstone!

Our next trauma group begins April 7. This powerful 5 week series looks at somatic approaches to healing trauma in our body including sound healing, reiki, acupressure, breathwork, and more.
