Day 2–4 = calming tools / nervous system resets
🌿 WHEN YOU FEEL OVERWHELMED 🌿
Overwhelm is not weakness.
It’s often your nervous system asking for rest, safety, and support.
Sometimes we try to keep pushing through stress, emotions, responsibilities, and mental exhaustion without realizing the body has already reached its limit.
Your body speaks before your mind understands.
✨ Signs your nervous system may be overwhelmed:
• Feeling emotionally drained
• Irritability or anxiety
• Difficulty focusing
• Wanting to isolate
• Feeling “shut down” or disconnected
This is your reminder:
You do not need to carry everything at once.
Slow down.
Breathe.
Rest without guilt.
Healing begins when we stop fighting ourselves and start listening to what the body needs.
