The holidays can take a toll on our gut health. - sautéed veggies (broccoli, celery, kale, onions, garlic, zucchini, mushrooms and red pepper) topped with sprouted beans and lentils
- air fried tofu (tossed in nutritional yeast, sea salt, garlic and onion powder)
