Our last in-service led by Shannon gave us a deeper look into the demands of rugby 🏉, from the many aspects of fitness it requires to how we can support rugby players with the injury risks they face.

Here’s the lineout we practiced afterward, where Kate threw the ball to Jenna, who was lifted by Shannon and PJ for the catch!
