HYROX is a performance race that demands high-volume running, loaded strength work, and repeat-effort power… all under fatigue.
Most gyms train the workout.
Very few train the body that must withstand it — especially for athletes 35+.

Next Thursday, our head of mobility and senior performance coach Atena is hosting a special prehab + recovery clinic designed specifically for HYROX competitors.
We’ll walk you through a structured protocol you can use before and after your training sessions to improve mobility, reduce tightness, protect your joints, and help your body absorb - and recover from - HYROX-style intensity.
