We are officially entering an exciting new chapter! As of February 1st, WESTPRO has been acquired by Strive Health & Performance!

From Adina , the founder: “After years of pouring my heart and soul into building a welcoming clinic, I’ve decided it’s time to hang up a few of my many “owner hats” to focus on my family and myself—all while ensuring the clinic we love has the brightest possible future. Don’t worry, the faces you know and the high-quality care you trust aren’t going anywhere! Our incredible team, our location, and our commitment to your health remain exactly the same. I am so grateful for every one of you who has supported this journey!”

Who needed to hear this today? 🙋

Sometimes rehab is a frustrating place to be because you may go two steps forward and one step back.

It can be hard to stay positive if healing isn’t happening as quickly as you’d like it, or if it’s not linear 📈. Sometimes you get a bit better and then hit a plateau for what feels like forever…

The most important thing is to stay consistent and keep going. Trust that your body is on its own healing journey, even if it’s not exactly what you had in mind. Soon, you’ll be surprising yourself with how far you’ve come.
