What is Barre?
* a low-impact, full body workout that blends ballet inspired movements with Pilates, muscle conditioning and strength training. Focusing on small, isometric, pulse-like motions to fatigue specific muscle groups, leading to improved posture, flexibility, and core strength.
This incredible workout is open to every one of all levels and don’t worry, no dance experience is necessary.
We look forward to plié and pulse with you in our new space. Morning classes begin February 3rd. Evening classes coming soon.
