The world outside ourselves is often uncertain. We can be swept away on this rollercoaster. The ups, downs, twists, and turns will undoubtedly continue.

The game changer for me has been creating a solid foundation. After many attempts to do this by practicing a variety of meditation techniques, teachings, a self directed study I was guided to the practice of Kriya yoga.
🧘‍♀️
These scientifically documented techniques have deepened my ability to meditate and reach a state of deep inner peace & relaxation. There is nothing I can recommend that I have experienced that has been more effective in finding the path inwards and towards God. This is a path of selfless service & so much Divine love
