Our Mom & Baby Yoga Series is a gentle return to YOU, while keeping your little one close. A soft landing space to move your body, reconnect with your breath, and be held in community with other moms who truly get it.

💛 6-week series | $99 + HST

This is more than a yoga class — it’s a weekly reset for your body, mind, and nervous system in the midst of postpartum life.

Each week we’ll focus on:
✨ Rebuilding core + pelvic floor strength
✨ Supporting posture through feeding + carrying
✨ Gentle stretching for shoulders, neck + low back
✨ Breathwork + grounding practices for nervous system regulation
✨ Space to simply be with your baby, without rushing anywhere

And just as important — you’ll be surrounded by other moms walking the same season of life.

Misty has been part of our Lotus Loft family for quite some time—beginning as a dedicated student, then stepping into our Yoga Teacher Training, and now beautifully evolving into a teacher within our space.

We’re so excited to have her guiding our Wednesday 9:30am Empower Flow class!

She brings a wealth of knowledge in fitness and anatomy, which she weaves seamlessly into her yoga offerings—creating classes that are both strong and intentional.
