✨ Move Better. Feel Better. FREE Stretch & Mobility Class!

I’m excited to offer a free trial class for a new Deep Full-Body Stretch & Mobility class I’m hoping to bring to the community.

📍 Prince Albert Community Centre
🗓 Tuesday, March 24
⏰ 8:30am - 9:15am

This class will focus on deep, full-body stretching and mobility work designed to help:

✔️ Release tension
✔️ Improve flexibility
✔️ Support joint health
✔️ Help your body move more freely and comfortably in everyday life.

Who is this class for?
Men and women of all ages and abilities — whether you’re a golfer, athlete, active individual, or simply someone who wants to move better and feel good in your body.

If there’s enough interest after the trial, I’ll be launching a 6-week session and building from there 🙂

Thanks so much to everyone who took the time to complete the survey and share your interest in the Stretch & Mobility class! I really appreciate all the feedback and enthusiasm.

I’m so excited about the opportunity to offer this class and share one of my greatest passions in helping people move better, feel better, and take care of their bodies 💕

Based on the great response, I’ll be moving forward with planning! My next step is connecting with the township next week to check facility availability for the most requested days and times.

One of my greatest life lessons Peace didn’t come from changing my body, my circumstances, or my surroundings…It came from learning how to love myself — fully, imperfectly, unapologetically.

We’re growing our community offerings and are looking for a backup instructor to cover our Gentle Flow classes in the event of illness or vacation, just a few times a year.

Today marks 5 years since I opened my yoga business. 💜

What an incredible journey it’s been — filled with so much growth and gratitude. I’ve met so many beautiful souls who have inspired me, supported me, and helped me grow not only as a yoga instructor, but as a person.

Five years later, I’m teaching 8 classes a week, sharing yoga throughout the community, offering two classes at an Addiction Recovery Center (truly the most meaningful work I do), and even leading chair yoga for clients some close to 100 years old — thats inspiration!

I am incredibly grateful for this community and for every single person who has been part of this journey. Each of you has left an imprint on my heart. 💜✨

Here’s to the past 5 years… and to whatever beautiful moments the next 5 will bring. 🙏🧘‍♀️💫

Launching any new business can be can be very scary and nerve-wracking and believe me I've gone through all the feelings the last few weeks. With every class full, I've met some amazing people who have truly inspired me and as I reflect, I know this is exactly where I'm supposed to be. My heart is full 💓Thank you everyone for all support, kind messages, likes and shares!
To everyone who attended, I hope you got exactly what you needed from your class and I look forward to the next 5 weeks together 😁
