𝗛𝗮𝘃𝗲 𝗽𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲. 𝗔𝗹𝗹 𝘁𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗴𝘀 𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝗱𝗶𝗳𝗳𝗶𝗰𝘂𝗹𝘁 𝗯𝗲𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗲𝘆 𝗯𝗲𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗲 𝗲𝗮𝘀𝘆. 𝗦𝗮𝗮𝗱𝗶

Patience is our ability to wait without becoming annoyed, upset, or angry. It's when we exercise self-control rather than lashing out and complaining. We are being patient when we take a deep breath and seek inner peace after things don't go the way we hoped. Practicing patience is all about how we act and enables us to analyze things and situations, it also gives us inner peace and the ability to keep smiling despite challenges. Be Grateful and carry on through something you would rather not deal with — but do it with a calm acceptance.

As you step outside your door today, pause for a moment and remember this:

There is real power available to us when we choose to connect more deeply with the living world around us.

Our ancestors understood how to speak with the trees, listen to the wind moving through the grass, and draw wisdom from the earth beneath their feet. In our fast-paced modern world, that idea might sound whimsical or even a little crazy… but what if there’s far more magic in this existence than we’ve been taught to believe?

Here’s a beautiful Quechua-inspired prayer from the High Andes Mountains of Peru to infuse your day with a little extra wonder and strength:

Great Creator, Grant me the light of wisdom.

Mother Earth, bountiful source,

Help me draw strength from the ground beneath my feet.

Father Sun, radiant child,

Fill me with the warmth and energy to face my trials.

Mountain Spirits, who walk the wind,

Guide me on the path of resilience and determination.

May the sacred waters cleanse my soul,

And may the fires of transformation forge my spirit.

A hot stone restorative experience combines thermotherapy with restorative yoga shapes to provide an effective healing therapy. The use of natural stones in conjunction with restorative yoga and specific stone placement uses powerful earth energies and guided meditation to help the patient heal. Heat from the stones also has the benefit of geomagnetism from Earth source; which has a balancing and healing effect on our systems.

It consists of both warm and hot stones placed in a formation directly on the body as the body rests in a restorative posture. The localized placement of heat on a particular area increases circulation of fluids; can assist in alleviating organ congestion and may even dissolve masses. In combination with restorative yoga the experience has a significant impact on the parasympathetic nervous system and our ability to actively rest and regenerate; to help reset our internal organs, to sooth our digestive system and relieve stress.
