Thrive Therapy Services We offer complete psychiatric services including assessment, diagnosis, medication & psychotherapy.

We are a team of Nurse Practitioners & Psychotherapists with over 20 years experience working in the area of Mental Health & Addictions. As Nurse Practitioners, we are able to complete full psychiatric assessments, diagnose and prescribe medications for a variety of mental health conditions. In addition, when we combine our role with that of a psychotherapist, we are able to offer, convenient, access to counselling and medication support in one session. Our team utilizes a variety of therapeutic modalities and approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Narrative & Psychodynamic Therapies, Motivational Interviewing and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT). We have a variety of certifications in CBT, CBT for Youth, ASIST training, Certificate in Psychiatric and Mental Health Nursing (CPMHN(C)) and more.

We’re so excited to introduce Alyssa, our new Administrative Assistant here at Thrive Therapy Services. She’ll be the friendly voice behind many of the emails and support you receive from us moving forward.

Alyssa is a Psychology student at Western University, heading into her second year. She’s passionate about biology, psychology, and neuroscience — and when she’s not studying, you’ll often find her reading, painting, or spending time outdoors.
