There is so much we can do to support our mental health. This spring, consider registering for group therapy with Dr. Sue Shepherd.

Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR 10 session group, 25hours total) is designed to help reduce the symptoms and effects of chronic pain, insomnia, medical conditions, difficult relationships and burnout.
- The next MBSR group is virtual on ZOOM Tuesday evenings starting March 17th 2026 from 6:00pm - 8:30pm

Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT 10 session group, 25hours total) is designed to maintain mental health and prevent future episodes of depression or anxiety.
- The next MBCT group is in-person Thursday mornings starting March 19th 2026 from 9:00am - 11:30am

Are there areas of your life that you would like to make some small positive behavioural changes? Solution Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT) involves self-reflection, and discussions (small group and large group) that help us consider our preferred future and to shift from problem-based thinking to solution-focused action.

The next SFBT group starts February 4th, 2026 running Wednesday evenings on ZOOM from 6:00pm - 8:30pm for 6 weeks. Ask your doctor for a referral.

We’re hiring! We know the best care starts with the best people, and that’s why we’re looking for an IT Systems Administrator to join our team. Job responsibilities include:

✅ Arranging for maintenance and repair of all hardware, software and office parts and equipment.
✅ Recommending capital equipment and procurement expenditures and approving capital equipment requests.
✅ Assisting in establishing annual capital budget.
✅ Ensuring hardware/network compliance with EMR vendor.
✅ Maintaining compliance with network security policy and protocols.
✅ Responding to hardware and network calls within operation.

MBSR starts Tuesday September 30th -- 9am -11:30am, virtual on ZOOM for 10 sessions

MBCT starts Wednesday October 1st -- 2:30pm - 5:00pm, in-person for 10 sessions
