*Hiring for September 1st start, for two permanent long-term position with🫧Spot on Cleaning & Home Services.
*Approx. 20-30hrs per week.
We are a busy, growing,  professional, fully licensed and insured cleaning company that pride ourselves on serving excellent detailed and high standards of cleaning to each of our clients as best we can.
SOC is seeking a serious, extremely reliable & dependable, highly motivated individual with a strong work ethic, who is willing to learn & grow with us. Someone who is friendly yet professional & can work as a team member as well as individually. 
We provide residential cleaning, construction/renovation cleaning, real estate & commercial cleaning services etc. to clients located in Port Perry and close surrounding areas.

*Must know how to clean properly.
*Training provided.
*Work week would consist of Monday to Friday. We can be flexible.
*Hours are between 9am to 3:30, some days until 4-4:30pm.
Requirements:
• Residential cleaning experience would be an asset.
• Local to Port Perry or close by and has great knowledge of Port Perry and area
• MUST be responsible, trustworthy, dependable, loyal, very reliable and punctual - valid, clean Criminal Reference Check required.
• MUST have reliable means of transportation, a valid Driver's License G and comfortable driving in all weather conditions.
• Professionalism along with speed, accuracy, and high attention to detail is a must.
• Positive attitude, friendliness and customer service oriented a must.
• Ability to work independently and remain motivated or work as a team is a must.
• Lift or move up 50lbs, able to stand, kneel and bend over for long periods of time, comfortable around pets, open to change and variety with new clients, locations or homes and technics.
• Time management, good work ethic, paying close attention to detail.
• Must have working cell phone. 
•Be punctual and show up. No shows or call Ins wont be accepted.
 •$25-$26 hourly rate, depending on experience, reliability, availability.
•Permanent contract position. Contracts given.
