It's January, why is it raining 😭!!??
I'm day dreaming about our escape to Costa Rica in March and our lovely retreat coordinator Origin Travels just sent me these photos of our perfect oasis.

🦜March is coming so soon!! Can't wait to go back to Costa Rica for our retreat!! I came across this GIF of me stored in my google drive lol.... I'm pregnant with Eli!! This is from when I did my yoga teacher training in Costa Rica 5 years ago!

I feel like I've been a bad yogi! It's been so long since I've posted and my practise has really gotten away from me. But like all things, there is a season for everything
BUT I have so many excited things on the go!
Thursday evenings were back at the community centre doing hatha yoga at 6:45pm, and I'm working away at creating a special one day yoga retreat here in Georgian Bay!
And best of all our excursion to Costa Rica is nearing!!!
