One of my favourite things (I have many) about living in is walking alongside the water with the sun setting in the background.

The last time this happened I didn't have my phone. Tonight, I was able to capture the view I had walkin on the pier- the sun setting on my right and the moon rising on my left. It was quite a sensory moment; almost indescribable.

I attempted a Panoramic view- it was dark on one side of the pier and full of colour on the other.

One of my favourite things (I have many) about living in is walking alongside the water with the sun setting in the background.

As we embrace another new year, consider setting intentions rather than resolutions. Many of us live in a constant state of fight/flight/freeze/fawn, causing our nervous system to feel like we are stuck, and therefore making it challenging to start and /or complete a goal.
Intentions allow us to be true to ourselves. They are clear statements that align with our values and beliefs. Welcome 2024 with a new intention!

Our community is mourning the loss of an 11 year old boy who tragically lost his life. Today is his birthday. I am a super feeler and, despite having no connection to this young boy or the other innocent victims involved, my tendency is to fully absorb what happened and process it until it makes sense (to me). Driving through St. Thomas this morning and seeing all the red balloons on trees, homes, and places of business, made me smile and brought me to tears. Connection to self, others, and nature, is very important as you move through grief. Find your inner peace and inner compassion.
