I had an exciting meeting with Cheryl Oxford this morning to talk about possible collaborations and learned about some group programs she's offering. This one is coming right up and looks like it could be really great for adult children of CAF members and veterans. It's 8 weeks and includes yoga and meditation, and it's free!
