My name is John Meek, I trained and taught to many soldiers while I served with The Canadian Military. 25+ years of service in the Canadian Forces where I achieved the rank of Warrant Officer, with over 10,000 Standard First Aid, CPR and Combat First Aid. I am now Retired and Re-certified to train civilians with their First aid and CPR needs. John Ambulance CPR and First Aid Courses. I am a fully

licensed and servicing Manitoba, Nunavut and the North-West Territories. All of the CPR/AED, First Aid, and Basic Life Saving courses are taught to St. John Ambulance high standards, and I make each course exciting, fun, and convenient.
