I just wanted to let you know about two events coming up in March that might interest you!
Meditation, Movement , Breath, Essential Oils, Acupuncture and Mindfulness. All things that helps us help us unwind and unravel as we head into Spring.

On March 16th Shift Winnipeg will be offering a dreamy half day retreat called Shift into Spring at the Yoga Barre. Amanda, the creator of Shift yoga asked me and some others to be apart of it!

This retreat will include four uniquely designed workshops.

Then March 17th come flow your heart out as I lead you through a flow. Class will then be followed by a light brunch (chia pudding, fruit, kombucha). Who doesn’t love food and yoga?
