A long and dexterous wheat bag that moulds to the shape of your body like a warm hug.

The PAWS Portage Animal Welfare Society Inc.🐾 fundraiser is quickly approaching, and Shea Fust ( Shea Fust Fitness) and I ,will be doing a formal announcement tomorrow so keep your eyes 👀 peeled - so you can see what is up for grabs….. but let’s just say you’re not gonna want miss out on this opportunity …….

We decided that we wanted to make things a little more GRAND this time with wellness package raffle- grand prize coming to a total of $1000!!!! 😍

I am BEYOND grateful to be able to team up with Shea Fust Fitness to give back to the community and support PAWS 🐾 an amazing organization so vital to our community and get them one step closer to achieving their goal of the new facility! The support, generosity, love & positive energy of the community rallying together was truthfully so amazing I’m still running on an absolute high!!!!

As some of you may know ( and for those of you who don’t) I’ve been struggling with an knee injury and recently found out that I’m going to have surgery in the new year. I have had to unfortunately take a step back from teaching yoga. Yesterday meant more to me then you actually may know to be able to get up and teach ( even if it is wasn’t to my full standard of torture 😂). I’ll be back - I PROMISE! I appreciate all of you holding grace for them until then.

We look forward to being able to collaborate again and have another hybrid class event in the future!!!! I am so humbled and proud of the community I live in for showing up!!!

🐾 PAWS Karma Class✨

Hey, it’s Friday and I’m here with an exciting announcement! 🙌🏼✨ Kayla Core (KORE Yoga) and I are excited to team up to raise funds for a beloved charity in our community and in memory of our dear friend, Megann🤍. We will be offering the first-ever hybrid class of both yoga and bootcamp in an effort to raise money for PAWS 🐾 . We are making history, people 😉 🧘🏼‍♀️ 💪🏼!

We want to offer you multiple options to be involved in whatever way suits you. Here is our plan:

💫 In-Person Hybrid Class:
Saturday, November 19th @ 10AM (doors open at 9:30 AM) at Prairie Fusion Centre. (A yoga mat, set of dumbbells, and water bottle is needed to participate).

💫LIVE or Recorded ZOOM Class:
If you can’t or don’t want to attend in person-no problem, we have you covered! We will also be streaming LIVE on Zoom or you can choose to purchase the recording to use at a later date if you cannot attend any of the above.

And to make sure we are all on the same page: this class will be a hybrid of both Kayla and I’s teaching modalities. Kayla will warm you up and cool you down with yoga and I will instruct you through a full-body 30-Minute Workout in-between. Our intention is to have you sweating and feeling good, all for a great cause 🐾! It will 💯 be a feel good morning all around. ✨

💫Raffle Draw for self-care prize valued at over $600.00:
This is a great option for ANYONE who wants a chance to win an awesome self-care package while donating to an amazing cause. This raffle is open to those that can attend in-person, those that can’t and even those where this type of class isn’t their cup of tea, but you love animals 😉🐶🐱. All bases are covered!

💫Special Bonuses:

There will be additional draws for special prize packages for all who attend live, as well as those who choose to do the recording as a special thank you.

💫How do you get involved and/or how do I donate?

ALL funds will be given to PAWS (Portage Animal Welfare Society Inc.) here in Portage from all of the following:

•In-person class (live at Prairie Fusion or Zoom): Accepting any monetary donation

•Recording of Zoom class: $15 and up (anything you feel comfortable donating)

1 ticket = $10
3 tickets = $25
8 tickets = $50

If you want to purchase any raffle tickets or the Zoom live/recording class, e-transfers can be sent to kayla_core@hotmail.com or we are accepting cash for any of the above.

Please describe in the memo what you are wanting to purchase, along with your email for the Zoom live link or recording class to be sent to. The recording will be good to use up to 7 days.
