Today will be my last post for a while. I am taking time off from social media. I'm going to enjoy my summer, a trip to Portugal and get some things done for me.

We all know the importance of taking care of our physical body. It is also equally or even more important to take care of our energetic body.
Like any energy therapy it is not a one and done deal. It is suggested with IET that in order to feel the benefits clients should have at least 3 treatments. Each treatment is required to be 4 weeks apart to allow for an integration period.
